At some point, he puts the knife back in his pocket, when she's on the floor, and her hand is free, his face is close enough so she could have just ripped his eyes off or something. I'm just saying that she's doesn't look like she's fighting back convincingly, compared to the good acting in the scene in general.
And well, it's just personal experience, and I know I got lucky to get away the few times I was assaulted, but fighting back comes instinctively at some point, it's not something you have to think about, you're just there, trying to save yourself so uh every mean is good. She could also have grabbed the guy's dick and scratched it or pull it 'til it ripped...be inventive lol. Then again, the scene was not real life so...
Keep in mind that different people react differently in such situations. Some fight, some flight.
Most people insta-panic. The only thought in their mind is 'survive'.
It takes a particular kind of person who retains the presence of mind to formulate an escape strategy/plan of attack, and even then, perhaps they're just not quick on their feet.
I've been assaulted before, and I fought the guy off- but not without getting knifed in the arm- and I have absolutely no recollection on how I succeeded.

Can't say I find that arousing, but I must admit I don't think it was the fact that she was being raped, but rather the quality of it and the lack of anything stimulating related to the movie. Though I suppose that in of itself could be related to not liking rape. Who knows?
Personally I can't find the video disturbing because even without knowing you can "feel" that it is fake. It isn't funny, but it certainly isn't detrimental either nor does it tug at my heartstrings. I just find it bland and perhaps distasteful.

MAYBE. I kind of wanted to, but was turned off at what the hell was going on.
This movie was on my List to Watch, as it was listed as on of the most Disturbing movies to be made.
