Too tired
0
Before when I use to spend time with girlfriend or just friends in general, I always feel lethargic after being around them for more than 1-2 hours. Not saying that I dislike them because I use to always look forward to those meetings, yet why do I always feel so tired being around them?
Anyone else have this feeling? Perhaps its just one of my mental disorders.

It sounds like mild agoraphobia. If you spend a lot of time by yourself, it gets easier and easier to become burnt-out [exhausted] after spending time with a group of people in a social setting. My advice is to slowly break yourself of this.. spend a gradually increasing amount of time in social settings. It should get easier with time.

So most of the time, if I have free time, its either spent on watching anime, playing pirated games, or Fakku.

Perhaps.. simply taking a stroll, or visiting a public place once in a while. Seeing the outside world, people... reminding yourself that there is a world outside your computer, could also help. Although, you could always attempt to be more aggressive in trying to set up gatherings. Be more persistent, and all that.
All I know is, it sure won't do you any good to be a hermit.

Got it~
Though I'm not that much of a hermit, I still go outside every day and take walks/bike rides. Also interact with people at the market. Its just prolonged times with friends make me feel tired. Acquaintances are fine too.

Actually, hanging out with friends is one of my other cures for insomnia. Even if we just lie around playing video games all day, I tend to feel more tired when I get home, and rarely experience insomnia under such conditions. Going shopping and stuff doesn't do it for me, it has to be with people with whom I have actual conversations.

I found out about being "Extroverted" and "Introverted" on Google the other week because I go through something similar and I didn't know what either meant.
An introvert is someone who prefers to always be deep in thought, prefer to be on their own and being around people for long periods of time makes them tired.
An extrovert is the opposite; they usually speak what's on their mind, being around people gives them mental sustenance and being on their own for long periods of time makes them tired.
You could be an introvert.

I've been highly introverted for a long time. I dislike how extroverts try and convert introverts who don't want to change into being extroverts, as if being introverted is wrong. They think they're giving good advice. Imagine an introvert trying to convert an extrovert into becoming introverted. It's the same concept.
It's not that I don't or won't socialise - I do and will, but not to the extent that I have friends on my mind all the time and have to know what they're doing every second of the day via sites like Twitter and Facebook. I have my own things to do as well.

What do you with your friends? What mental disorders are you talking about?
Is it just being around your friends that make you tired? I mean obviously if you work 10 hours straight you'd be exhausted but you know what I mean. Are you pathologically tired?
If you are really worried then see a GP or a counselor or just someone you trust.

Not doing something athletic makes me feel tired. The mental disorder part is part of my lack in self confidence. I don't really think I have any mental disorders, but the lack of self confidence itself is a mental disorder. Its confusing -_-.
Also the only person I trust is myself because all but one psychologists I've met are quacks and one of them compared me with Cho from Virginia Tech. As far as I know, none of my friends are perceptive enough to do any counseling, which is why I provide counseling and advice to my friends.
