Sang pela de taronja pollastre rostit aka blood orange peel roasted chicken.
Served with stew greens, potato slices fried in duck fat and fried rice
My variation of coq au vin without the vin.... wine. Why i was making chicken anyways so i funky it up some more... bi- polar.
Your probably wondering about the duck fat thing... because it tastes orgasmic, plus it cuts the sightly bitter taste of the stew greens. Can find duck fat.... render it yourself or use lard.

I advise you to cook the greens slow for 2-3 hours or you ... well ex-lax has the same effect.... buy a can of collars or turnip greens and do that..
