I am more than happy to let The Other Guy take the victory, as I won last months and his sandwich did look very yummy...

we need a tie breaker vote, or flip a coin

I'll tie break it. The Other Guy, nice construction better platting. I would want to eat his sandwich at a cafe. I wouldn't order mouses though to messy and unappealing to the eyes.
