Traffic Report
What's the traffic like where you are?

On the general whole, what's the traffic like whenever you get behind the wheel?
I end up with an even 50/50 from opposite sides of the spectrum: I leave my place around 5-5:30 in the morning, so the world is pretty much dead and the lights are all green, but I only get home right smack-dab in the middle of rush hour.

Here in Oregon, the Buses are free.
But from what I can tell, the traffic isn't really that bad. Pretty moderate. You can usually go the speed limit without any issues.

The traffic in my area depends entirely on the time of day and your vicinity to 270 (the major highway in the area). The closer to rush hour and 270 you are, it turns into a disaster zone. The rest of the time it's rather mild.

Well, I usually drive after midnight, but when it's during the day there's a lot of cars, but it moves along pretty well.

I'm from Chicago, but I live further out in the 'burbs, so traffic over here is pretty moderate. It can get stagnant every once in a while, but it's decent.
I dread going back to university. It's right on the outskirts of the city, and the traffic is terrible once you drive five minutes in any direction. If you're actually going into the city, you might as well save yourself the trouble and take the CTA or Metra, because some of these drivers will literally have you plucking your hairs out.

When I'm in Austin for school, I take public transportation, so I don't care too much. Although traffic is quite bad near the university a lot of the time. When I was hitching a ride home with friends for Thanksgiving, it was just... ugh.
In Spring, a suburb of Houston where I stay during vacations, the traffic is usually fairly mild.

Around 5 am the roads aren't too bad but starting to getting busy. Coming home from Cincinnati around 4 pm is a nightmare though.

At the moment when i leave to work its always clean. Sense i live close to work its only a 10min drive. This is at 7:30AM. When i come back home at 16:30PM there is traffic but i'm not affected by it because i don't live to far away from home.
When i used go to school there was always traffic but it always moved. Sometimes i won't even move because there are always those retard drivers out there. Coming back home it would always be clean but sometimes there would be traffic because people can't drive.

There is fucking nothing out here, even on the highway there is little to no one. The closest city, state capital mind you, isn't terrible but I've never need to go there during rush hour so I wouldn't really know.

Over here, people either drive far too slow or don't know how to drive properly.
Don't get me started when a little rain or snow hits. You'd think as random as the weather is here, that people would be able to drive with sense... Nope.

It's not too congested, except rush hour, and then only one direction mostly. the biggest problems here are: 1) no one knows how to merge properly(one of the two lanes comes to a complete stop), and 2) as soon as there are no street lights(anywhere slightly undeveloped) they all turn their brights on.

There's like an accident every day at rush hour on the interstate. It can be pretty annoying.

A crowd, but at least it moves along.
Or so I say, there are vehicles, just of moderate amount, I guess.

Are you talking about just Chittagong, or are you taking Dhaka into account as well, because I gave 'orgy of vehicles'.

Chittagong yo. Dhaka indeed contains orgies of vehicles.

Meh it depends on time, when I leave for work The 210 is generally traffic as I'm going inbound, albeit I'm driving around 70 mph, and takes around 30-40 minutes to make the 25 mile trip while commuting home I can easily make it back in fifteen minutes.I also like taking the metrolink though so if it's terribly traffic or I'm just lazy and don't feel like getting up as early I can just catch the train.
