Yeah I've been watching this. Ever episode so far has left me balancing between it being too corny to continue watching and intriguing enough to decide to watch permanently.

Yeah, I'm not all that interested in the romance between the vampire and human girl part of the story...but the rest is fine.

Edit: Hmmm since we're the only people who have talked about this I have to wonder if nobody else on Fakku has HBO.

I just grab the torrents on the night it airs, they come out pretty fast.

Epi 5:

Yeah I gotta say I think episode 5 was the best so far. It had backstory, seriousness, and hilarity.

6 was ok. Kinda got me bored as the show progressed though.

I was watching this show, it kept pretty interested to see a few episodes but I stopped and forgot to pick it back up. Pretty good cept they're hick accents xD. What is up with the sudden popularity of vampires? First it was cowboys, then pirates. When are the spacemen coming? and what is up with all these 'girl falls in love with a vampire'? just like twilight these girls are teens and these guys gotta be like 100+...

Season 3 started up.

I watch that show, and read the books too, it's really not bad compared to other vampires story (Twilight and vampire something diary). Lots of violence and sex, but I guess it's pretty much what would happen if this was real.
I don't really like Anna Paquin though, but Alexander Skarsgard is a very good actor in my opinion (and hot by the way).
