Ok great, found a manual for the G2420HD
Hit the menu button->hit left 2 times to reach Picture Advanced->hit enter->hit left 2 times to reach Display Mode->hit enter->hit left or right until you have "full"->keep on hitting menu until you're out of the menu.
But I really think its something in your graphic's card settings.
