OK, I'm really desperate, so I'll just ask here.
I bought a Dell Inspiron "n" series laptop a few months ago, which I'm still using to date. Here's some basic info on it.
The thing is, though, I only have an Intel HD Media Accelerator (I believe that's what it was called, and I don't remember which model). Now, I want to play games, and not just be restricted to VisualBoy Advance ROMs and the Flash Games and Visual Novels from Fakku's uploads section! Damnit, I don't even know if DS emulator would work properly.
Now, my questions are: would I be able to add a high-quality graphics card to my laptop, and what would you guys recommend?

As far as i'm aware, you can't change or inter-place a GPU in a laptop.
PC's use graphics cards which are removable, laptops use graphics chips which are soldered on - irremovable.

I did some research. Its quite hard replacing graphics cards of a laptop since they're already there. But if ever youre getting a desktop, id recommend the video card nVidia GeFroce 210. Its amzing imo.

You can shut off the integrated card by this
http://www.ehow.com/how_6942164_turn-off-onboard-graphics-card.html
search for a compatible GPU using a PCI-e like\
GigaByte GV-R567D3-1GI Radeon HD 5670 Graphics Card which is a 1gb ddr3
Their a thing called a external video card which i fucked with... it can do the job depending on your set up and game restrictions..
