With my country about to impose a $240 fine for swearing, i've wondering why people are so offended by curse word's.
I mean there just word's right, i can understand if they're use'd to insult people, but i don't see the problem in everyday context.
What's your opinion on swearing?

It really seems like Australia is having a serious crackdown on all things fun, entertaining etc. Here's hoping for a successful coup by rational people.

I rarely indulge in swearing anymore. I did a great deal as a kid, but it's mostly to emphasize a point nowadays.

Try to find a loophole or something. Does the law also take effect in the surrounding waters? If not, you could get on a boat and swear till your heart is content.

To answer your question...
I really don't swear a lot, my first lenguage is spanish but I only swear in english. I understand that it's not accepted in society so I don't swear or teach to swear to kids.
To join the discussion, your country sounds boring...
