We're Employed, and We're dying inside.

Oh, man, that really is total shit. I should have also noted that I edited my post like 5 billion times, lolol. I didn't know you were overqualified, wtf, at least go into office admin or something until you can get yourself on your feet. Better to be pushing e-mails than dealing with assholes who won't even pay for the food they fucking ordered.

gibbs, that is the point, and Im actually dealing with something similar at the moment lately and... the more important you are, the more your absence becomes a threat. Its not good for business, and something will be done about it at some point... the far less of a team player you are, the closer it becomes.
I may not be easily replaceable by a single person but what I can do can be accomplished by multiple techs. Anyway, however things may be, hope things would go well for you.

Okay I read your edited post. We do delivery because a large portion of our sales are from delivery. Not only are we located across an arena, there is a large number of offices and residences around us. During lunch time, a lot of deliveries go to office buildings and during the night, to residences. Also, the arena isn't always active. It's only when there's an event. The rest of the time, it's much slower hence why we're staffed only to handle the normal crowd, not the house filling crowds of people that events bring once in a while. Heck, even with the normal crowd we still have some trouble handling it.

Eso, Sir!
Seriously, who gives two flying fucks whether the restaurant tanks? This is your happiness at stake here, and it should be second to (almost) nothing. Even if it's a family outfit - this "family" seems not to be looking out for you; it is but fair that you do likewise and up and quit this instant.
If I were you, I'd just take up any old 9-5 shit job out there, and move the hell as far away from that accursed place as possible.

@Gibbous. That's what I said. Eso's overqualified and can at least get a high-paying office admin job until he finds something.

I'm not employed(yet) and I never had any work experience in my worthless life. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with asshole superiors for me?

Well I decided to read to the OP in this thread finally after being lazy.
Here's my story:
About two months ago I used to work at a truck wash( I quit). We were the third busiest truck wash in the world. Also our franchise is the fastest truck wash in the world. You have to be able to do non physical labor and be able to control a close to 2000 high pressure hose.
Any who, I was always scheduled to work 8-4, but had to come in 2 hours early since I didn't drive and had to come with my friend who was the supervisor, which means I also left 2 hours late.
Well it's a truck wash, basically your clothes are soaked from water all day plus it's the winter so it's like 0 degrees outside. I'm freezing, tired and cold. I have to wash a 53 foot long 13 foot high trailer, wash the actually truck and clean out what's in the trailer.
I was always the go-to-guy. Hey could you do this, hey could you do that, always me. A group of people could be standing around doing nothing, while I'm cleaning something and a manager would come to me and ask me to do some favor.
And always whenever there was a butcher truck that came in guess who got stuck cleaning out the back and getting covered in animal blood? I wonder who.
But there's more I think that's enough.
