*I procrastinate till the very last minute.
*I'm a insomniac.
*My spelling is atrocious.(Yet my verbal IQ is 120+. What the fuck?) Spell check is my god.
*I'm not very good at social interaction.

is there such a thing as to much caffeine? yes i use it when i workout to wake me up and the down side is after you dont take any for a while you get really pissy and moody you can hav a caffeine addiction,

i once read that caffeine, coffee, actually improves your metabolism and its a good idea to take some before working out - sorta gives better results too. havent tested it myself though but I think i will once i fully heal
