Figured I'd ask here, for fun.
Bugger the technology section. We'll keep it here (If I'm allowed)
So, what brand of mobile phone do you have? Comment with what model (ie, vote samsung and comment galaxy sII or something). Also, if you do comment, if it's different, what's your favourite brand/ favourite phone.
Myself? Samsung galaxy Note II. Had only nokia's up till this point though. 3330, 6230i, n96, n97 and now the note II.
Loved the n97, but the network stuff on it sucked ass (kept trying to find 3g, and would have no signal for a bit, then would find 3g, then would lose it, and go back to 2g.. etc)
If the n97 wasn't slow, and didn't have the network issues, I'd have kept it for life... But, it was time for an upgrade, and I love my note :D
Anyway, kgo.

I have nothing fancy, a LG Xenon. Very outdated, but it works and has withstood quite a few falls.

I had my 3330 for ages, whilst everybody else was out getting newer phones. then finally got the 6230, and was happy as larry (was a hand down from dad)

I agree. Everyone else in my family has Blackberrys and iPhones, but I am content (and extremely accident prone).

I've been a Nokia user for years. Though I'm thinking of switching to those big-ass Samsung phones.
Then again, Nokia Phones haven't failed me, they're pretty sturdy and the battery life is pretty amazing.

Exactly what I was like with my nokia's... My 6230 went on a nice fly at some stage (Something along the lines of, slipped out of my hands, went to catch it, tapped it up, went to catch again, bumped it forward, went to catch with my foot/ knock upwards to my hand, and send it flying down the hallway, smashing into the wall >.> It was fine. it even went swimming once. The n97 went swimming 3 times, and lived.)
The Note II has served me well thus far. Seems to last nicely on battery, too. When you're not using it 24/7.

Phone used for juggling and flung away, Phone that goes on swimming. I can say that our Nokia phones really served their purpose. I had this Nokia Phone of mine for like 3 years, the model number is E5-00 Black. Played a big part of my life, Memos, Word Documents, PDFs. Calls and Text. Really good phone.
Recently, an old Art Professor of mine got himself a Galaxy Note 2, he has been showing works of art using it. So it had me thinking whether I should get one as an aspiring artist. I really like the idea of wherever I go, I can just paint the scenery I'm seeing, or the Idea in my Head right now with my phone.
Then again, parting with this old phone of mine will be kinda sad.

Yeah, it's pretty handy. I've been using it for writing, noting songs, noting times and dates, etc. It's decent for just writing when you feel some story idea pop in your head.... and holy shit, I need to finish that one I started like last year... It's been a wip for a year.. *coughs*
Anyway, have a look into it. It was hard giving up my n97, but it was very worth it for me. Especially being in a plan. I do like the data cap, too. You can limit your data usage, so once it hits that point, it cuts out completely. Needless to say, mind is capped already, and was 10 days in... and it's pretty much like that every month >.> I need more data methinks
