If I can't sleep it is normally my own fault. Being caught up in a TV show when I marathon a season or two is a big cause of sleepless nights. If I truly cannot sleep then I also marathon TV. I should really figure out something else.

I usually get it on once or twice every night or talk to my online friends all night until it hits 5am. Apparently it's causing some bad things in my life, so I'm trying to cut down on doing it...

for people having issues on trying to sleep, just do any of the following:
1. count sheep. if the sheep are wearing Nike shoes, see a doctor.
2. drink some sleeping pills or any kind of drug that would make you feel sleepy. minimum should be 30 pills.
4. let someone punch you really hard so you would lose consciousness and would fall asleep. get Manny Pacquiao to punch you really hard for best results.
5. run like crazy so you will feel really tired and would feel sleepy the moment your head hits the pillow.

Turn on my favorite music. Turn off the lights. Sat on my bed. Then drown myself in the music so deeply that vivid imaginations starts floating through my head.

If that doesn't sedate me somewhat, I'll watch some sort of favourite movie.
If that doesn't help me sleep, I will go sleep in a different room.
Sometimes all it really takes is moving to a place where there isn't electronics surrounding you!

I usually just lie in my bed, thinking about going to sleep, move around into several different positions to gets comfortable, grumble about how i can't sleep, give in, decide to stay up all night and watch anime, and probably fall asleep about an hour to two hours after that. then will probably wake up after 12 o'clock the next day.
