If i decide to not have music on when i sleep, i usually have some fantasy story/world in my mind that i flesh out the details of. I kinda just let my imagination run rampant. I kinda wana write a novel about some of the stuff i think off, but i'm not a very good writer.
Very similar to what happens to me on the brink of falling asleep, except the music part.
