Apparently this happened about 6 months ago, and they claim to have checked and rechecked every possibility of error they could think of, to no prevail, however this does not rule out the possibility of an error being made.
Sadly I missed the live webcast of the conference(or seminar, as it actually turned out to be), since I were at work, but I'll start watching it now. From what I've read around the internet they've got quite a few scorns, (obviously, and more than understandable) but also a surprisingly positive response, and it has been suggested that the testing will be redone using the colliders in Japan and the US.
The recording of the webcast can be seen here.
