Definitely story (=> Language, as I don't speak Japanese)
Artwork comes third, Colors don't matter at all imo, and you can't see most of the black bars anyway because they're so small (heck, I've even seen some transparent ones ->oO)

For me I think the story is 1st, but the artwork is next. I didn't vote language because I think its to much of a given if you vote for the story, language is obvious. Color does not matter to me, in fact it makes the artwork look worse unless it coloring was to the utmost detail.

I went with lanugage. A manga or doujin can have the best story, but it doesn't matter if I cannot read it.

I voted for story. But artwork is a close second. If the artwork isnt good you just cant get in the mood ;)

Of course, artwork is paramount. Colour and censorship are just visual factors added onto the artwork. What I've found, though, is that it's really rare for me to bother keeping a manga or a doujin unless it's in English. Then, the artwork merely has to be good. For me to keep hentai that's untranslated, though, the artwork has to be amazing.
But then again, that's for keeping and rereading. I'll take a glance through whatever (like, censored, uncoloured, untranslated, etc.) if the art's pretty good.

This was a tuff one for me. I debated between artowrk and story (all good doujins have to have a good structure), but ive come to realize its a lot easier to enjoy a doujin if i can actually understand what they're saying; MY VOTE GOES TO LANGUAGE.

I would have to say the art, then the story (engish is more entertaining, But I'm not really picky ), Then the censorship ( the smaller the bar the better, that's if it has to have the bars).

I'd bet that if a manga had a great story but sucky art then everyone would keep on saying that it was a waste of good story, a bad manga overall. On the other hand if a manga had great art but was in japanese, everyone would be jumping and screaming for translation, 'cause they liked it a lot.
Let me put it like this: if you won't start reading the story when you see sucky art, then you simply can't vote for story/language.
IMO: if someone says story/language then he should look for some normal manga. They tend to be translated and usually have better stories.
