$48,600 seems to have been the average in 2011 for overall Sweden, couldn't get anything specific for my city but I expect it to be a bit above average.

San Fransisco minimum wage went up, I forget what too and Oakland's may go up to anywhere between $13.00-$14.00, so I can't give anything accurate (wasn't as simple outside wiki...)
