Of course people would choose Incest and Vanilla. Since lots of people read/watch manga/anime, we developed to have strongly sympathy toward the characters even if it's just a fictional :3. And since Incest or vanilla usually the "safest" place to go, Itls also make it the best choice of all XD.
Anyways, I voted for Incest :P, but to be honest, When it come to turn me on the most Dark Skin + Housewife made me jeez like a rocket.

Osananajimi. It's one of the few tags I honestly can feel comfortable fantasizing as the girl instead of the guy. It's proof that they like each other for who they are and don't expect them to change into someone they're not.
