Do you take any supplements / vitamins / shakes to stay healthy or add that extra boost to your diet / workout?
If so, what are they?
I take a shit load of vitamins and herbal products, I'll list a few I take:

Vitamins a, c, d, e + a regular multivitamin
gelatin, biotin, resveratrol

I take a multivitamin every day and have been trying to take Omega-3 supplements more regularly but I have to take 6 pills a day and it's hard to remember....
I also drink Shakeology as a meal replacement during breakfast.

I put a shit ton of chemicals (ALCOHOL, DRUGS) into my body on a daily basis, so I try to take triphala, a digestive aid, some sort of probiotic/digestive enzyme(i change it up monthly), a thyroid supplement (gaia's "thyroid support" is rad), and zinc. Also some melatonin or valerian root when I'm having trouble sleeping. Plus 2/3 cups of a liver cleansing tea to keep my favorite organ in check.

~___~ I'd like some adult gummies (SHUT UP ;/~/;) But umm...meh. A parent got me some on sale pill multivitamin that I haven't really taken much of yet. Sigh I wouldnt mind more healthy things but thats a luxury. -__-

You guys do anything for stress/anxiety? I've been looking into that kind of thing lately.

2 Omega-3 (I don't eat any seafood; can't stand them), 3 vitamin C, 3 echinacea, 4 garlic, and one One a Day. Although I have run out recently and have not been able to get anymore for the past two weeks or so. Oh, and I occasionally eat the gummies because they taste good. I do it daily.

I don't need that stuff... Being dependent on stuff like pills makes me feel weak. There's also the theory that taking pills actually lowers you body's standard vitamin level. It's as if your body is so used to you taking those pills everyday, that it doesn't take them out of your food and holds a supply anymore. So if you would stop taking the pills, you will feel very tired and are very susceptible to illness. So in a way, taking pills just to be better protected is bullshit. However, if your medical situation really requires you to take extra vitamins it would be good for you. I however still wouldn't take the pills and just eat healthy food, it got everything you need and even tastes better.
