I live near #2.That said, it says mine is the #1 public college. Who knew! :o
You mean the place you grew up is near Princeton?
Otherwise, i'm not seeing how you can be student of UC Berkeley (West Coast) and be near Princeton (East Coast) at the same time.
Just wondering if I interpreted your post correctly.
Oh, no. Yes, I grew up in Princeton, but now attend TCNJ.
It was marked #1 public college on its page, so... I dunno @_@
I wasn't able to find a "world" ranking.

Is it on the list? I can't find it.
Well here is the public college rankings. Just to make things easier.
Edit: Ah, found it. TCNJ is the #1 regional university for the North.
Apparently, there are differences between regional universities and national universities as well. (Not too familiar with them though)

#56 The Ohio State University.
Which by the way that website spelled wrong. I don't think it is too hard to remember the "The" in the front of the college.

I dropped out of high school near the begining of my third year. took the GED and aced it. worked for a few years, then went to job corps and learned a trade.

^A lot more people should learn trades. Half the people in college shouldn't be there. They just feel like anything less than a college education and people/their parents will look down on them. You can be quite successful or happy just doing your trade, and many times make just as much or more money than some of the degrees you can get from college.
You'll probably have an easier time finding a job too.
