There's a thread like this... But I think we'd all subsist on what was already made, and what still exists.
Even if "anime" as an entertainment industry were to end, it would leave behind a great history. :)

I won't be bothered by the non-existence of anime, since I'm supposed to not know about anime if they don't exist.
I'll be more bothered by the existence of non-anime shows and that will make me devote myself to gaming instead.
