whats a good program for viewing these manga?

i have been looking around for a while for a good image viewer where i can view the images without doing all that zoom in zoom out like the default image viewer from windows 7. i am looking for a program that's pretty much like online viewing where everything is clear and dont have to Zoom in and out. any help would be great, thanks

I use an old version of CDisplay. I don't like the new CDisplay-Ex or whatever that someone tried to come out with. You can configure a lot of stuff like 2 page view, Japanese mode, color correction, and then assign what your mouse buttons do like zoom, scroll wheel to change pages, jump to page, etc.
It reads stuff packed in rars and zips.

infra reader is what i use, also lower the screen res makes the page increase
