I rarely get angry but you know when someone's pissed me off, I refuse to talk about it and I go to the gym and run on a treadmill. That's all I do, I work it out of my system by running.

I just walk away from whatever it is and take a long walk, refreshes the mind, gets the blood flowing again, then attempt to solve whatever is causing this anger (aka calc homework)

Usually I start yelling right away, which is actually pretty good. I'm a lot like my dad, takes a lot to get us angry, but when we're angry we're fucking pissed we literally give off that vibe like we'll kill the next person we see.

I contemplate the most efficient way to make what made me angry suffer. I also almost never do them, and merely forget about it.

to be honest : grab anyone close to me and punch him. do this only when i'm super mad that i can't think anything at all. only do that once though..

When I was in middle school it was more or less break the nearest object. Now 1. I don't get angry often and 2. When I do I either talk mad shit or just let it go. Remember an eye for an eye leaves us all with bad depth perception.
