Mayonnaise, but no one gives out mayonnaise anymore, as it is considerably more expensive than ketchup.
So I make do with ketchup.

Ranch, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, whatever sauce they have at Raising Cane's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raising_Cane%27s_Chicken_Fingers , and I like to mix ketchup with mayonnaise. (Tastes better than it sounds)

Ranch tastes... different. I don't dislike it. Occasionally I go for BBQ sauce. I normally stick with catsup. Ketchup. Catch up.

I'll eat them most frequently plain, with ketchup or with mayo- it'sa tossup as to which is more frequent (considering I have fries like 5 times a year...). Althought I think my favorite is honey mustard.

Mayo. Much like a lot of Europeans. I think that is why ranch is getting popular since it is runny mayo with spices.

I don't know if anybody has ever tried this but I have dipped pizza pops in guacamole.
I don't know how good it would be for fries but it was awesome with pizza pops.
