I would never waste a grand on something like that. I just took the vanilla 930 (2.8GHz) and ramped it up to 4.1.
Are you an avid benchmarker? Because those 2 processor boards are a purpose build breed lol

Ordered a dual processor motherboard just so i could say i did. I have so much parts lying around from cannibalizing used systems, that it would be a shame not to build something for the hell of it.

I run dual monitors, so my desktop is quite large when taken with a screenshot.
Yeah, still on DDR2. It's serving it's purpose for playing games and general work.
Also, SLI for the win. :)
Edit: hmm that's not helpful. My screen shot is too large. Hang on while I stop being lazy and crop it. Edit again: ok fixed, still big, but you can see all of it.

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Spoiler:
It does it job nicely. I wanted 8 gigs of RAM, but I literally ran out of money. Stuck this together for some 1150~ dollars, I had $1200 even in my account. This was the best I could do, but I love her, she runs all my things no problem.
My image is stuck at it's full size as well. Odd.

I'll just put my base specs, cause i virtually know all of them :/
Cpu - 2.8ghz 'multi core' pentium 4 - i honestly have no fucking idea what the multi core thing means... it's a single core afaik.. device manager shows it has two drivers though
Ram - 1.5gb ddr400 or something
HDD - 70gb Acer stock hdd
Graphics - Currently running the 64mb internal graphics chip controller thing standard in the acer veriton 5600gt.. has an nvidea fx5500 in it, but it's fucked.
Psu - 250watt thing that comes in the acer..
case - Acer Veriton 5600gt case lel
Os - Windows xp professional 32bit
basically, it's an old pos computer... and it's not as bad as my old one... I hope to upgrade hugely soon.
