It depends on ones penis curvation, I guess. The way a man's penis is curved can determine which set of positions are the most enjoyable for their partner.

I believe missionary & cowgirl are the most ideal if it's curved upwards and doggy style & reverse cowgirl if downwards. If the curvation is either side, then the former positions should be more effective. In the end, all the better to stimulate the Grafenberg spot.
