Mechanical Pencils i usually use for doodles and schoolwork, but i like to use pens, whether it be ballpoint or fountain too, cleaner usually haha, except it sucks when you put a wrong answer on a scantron and you cant erase it..
I'm typically a mechanical pencil kind of guy, but now that I'm done with school and homework forever, I think I'm a ballpoint pen person. What about you?
mechanical pencil all the way. it was such a pain with regular pencil. they either didn't sharpen or it sharpens and breaks off. well at least in my case, well high school is finally over so i don't have to worry about it :).
Failing to find the "Quill pen" option, I chose mech' pencil. There are those whom think such a device ludicrous. "No", I say to thee. An unflexed pointed nib on quill pens sharp enough to pierce paper, make fine, dark thin letters. I'm a lazy handed person, regular pens with their tree trunk tips produces rorschach ink blotches in my palms.
Mechanical pencils are what I use for drawing and sketching, but I found ballpoints to be my most productive writing instrument do far. Not only are they cheap, but you can use them to [SPOILER] and stuff.
