I AGREE, IF ITS VERY SHORT ITS JUST "meh" BUT IF ITS A DAMN LONG TEXT IT (FOR SOME ODD REASON) REMINDS ME OF MY SIBLINGS AND THAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS ANNOYING AS HELL.

What irks me more than Caps, which is probably a habit learned as a youth and never broken, is the poster who will answer some members question with "I have no idea what you are talking about" Whats with that? If you don't know STFU

I usually read it as someone shouting because I assume that the person is RAEGING over something, that or if this were real life they would be that one person that does not have an indoor voice.

hmmm.. i usualy just think there yelling over something really. I just read it in my mind in a yelling voice x3 nobody wants to hear somebody yelling in the house, store. etc. Plus, its a bit fun for me. ^_^

i think how Jacob answered really fit the emotion his avatar was giving now back on the topic of the reading something in caps it really doesn't bother as long as it fits the conversation in any way

Just ignore the all caps because the message is what counts. Most times, the person typing in all caps is a tool anyway.
