Where do you usually work out/train?

My high school track and football field since i play for my high school. We have this sled which makes us have a proper stance and hip explosion to actually move the damn thing. Another good tool is the hot Cali sun. I also push an old car around, or practice squats in my weight room.

Since my fav sport is martial arts, I could done them in my room. Or on the rooftop where the air is nice, plus wide space

i highly guess that in your room theres a body sized punching bag and some equipment......

I don't have any of those, my room's a bit too small to put that. I basically just punch and kick against the air to release tension

I don't have any of those, my room's a bit too small to put that. I basically just punch and kick against the air to release tension
OR you can do it like i did before.....
take the mattress off the bed, set it on the wall... and then punch and kick away....
its better like that air fighting... unlike mine....
a tree trunk bound with big ropes and all i get are some handwrappings that are synthetic and sometimes the natural fiber (leaves marks on your hands and wrists)
