Adventure. Nothing gives me a giddy feeling of satisfaction quite like a pure example of the Hero's Journey. It probably includes the best of all of the above, come the of it

Well, I prefer an amazing anime with a good amount of action, comedy, and romance, especially if it has more than 12 episodes. But since I can only choose one of the choices, I chose fantasy, since most fantasy animes have my preferences.

I'm not really picky w/ the genre as long as it's interesting. But if I had to choose, I'd go for fantasy. d(~^,)b

Curious and Wondering
Comedy. There's too much going on in my life - work, responsibilities, and such, sometimes I want to read/watch things that can take some of that stress and give me some fits of laughter along the way.
Other genres, I subscribe to when I feel like it. You know, like food. You don't always have the hankering for steaks.

(Other) Historical.
Fiction or non-fiction; as long as it's historical, believable, and, of course, good I'll probably fall in love.

I also like alot of them I feel though that if you watch enough horror moves sometimes they get funny as appose to scary lol.

I usually like romance and comedy in fantasy or modern settings. I like horror in visual novels and the Silent Hill series, but hate it pretty much anywhere else. I have no opinion on suspense and action other than that they can be good.I've never been much of a science fiction person, but I have learned to appreciate its good qualities.

I like a lot of these, actually. I dig drama, romance, comedy, action. But my absolute favorite is science fiction. Get me a good sci-fi and I'm pretty much hooked. This extends to books, tv, movies, etc. You?
You might want to check out Binary Domain, then. It's easily one of the best sci fi games in recent years.
OT: Fantasy for me. To me the best kind of fantasy is the hybrid kind, where you'll get a world combining medieval kingdoms with Cyber or Steam punk elements as well. Like each kingdom has a different level of technology. Can't remember where I heard that before, but the first one that comes to mind is Vampire Hunter D, one of the best combinations of Cyber Punk and classic fantasy.
