Which of the 7 Deadly Sins are the worst?

IMO Pride is the hardest to get rid of. The others can somehow be controlled or stopped but Pride will corrupt even the most innocent persons.

Greed. The sin I hate the most and do my best to distance myself from.
Everyone nowadays fusses so much over money and possessions.
I can't speak for other countries, but the US has always had an "unnatural" love for possessions and private property. Adam Smith noted it in The Wealth of Nations back in the 1700's.

I feel greed is the root of everything else. (Timeline)
With greed you get to be prideful because you have more than others, you become a glutton of wealth, you become envious of those who have less than you but have perfectly happy lives, you become a sloth because you have everything that you could ever need or want, you become lustful because you can't spend your time any other way and feel pleasure, and you become wrathful when you see all that you have or have done go down the drain and blame it on everything and everyone else and take it out on them.
Did I get all 7? Yeah, I think I did. :3
I had a similar thought. all are variations of greed.
Lust = greed for sex.
wrath = greed for revenge.
sloth = greed for slacking.
pride = greed for glory.
gluton = greed for food.
envy = greed for [blank specific].

[font=verdana][color=green]I would say Pride as well. As has been noted before me, it is the source of the other deadly sins, so it can only be left as the worse one.
Does that stop me from being proud on occasions? Of course not.

id prob say pride is the worst , if people didnt hold themselves so high there would be less pointless wars , there would still be them of course but less , perhaps the crusades would have never happen without pride course many say if crusades never happen there might of not been the renaissance

I'd go for envy. From all of those, it's most likely to involve a malicous intent. There is wrath too, but I understand it to more of a general state of mind while envy is always targeted to a person, you know?
Dat Pride, so evil.

Pride, with Wrath being a close second.
I have seen people be corrupted by Pride even in stupid ways, I know a guy who thinks he is above everyone since he can see "all the hidden messages and crap" in movies, along with being a "BADASS PLAYER IN GUITAR HERO AND CALL OF DUTY". Just how fame can get to one's head, so can Pride. I've gotten a bit disgusted at how superior this one guy tries to be, insulting anyone who has no interest in it.
Wrath can be a driving force, vengeance and hate. Very famous dictators and leaders are known for their crimes against humanity and Wrath is a way to express it. I remember hearing that some killers go out and get revenge out of something. It doesn't just apply to killers, even anti-heroes count, vengeance and Wrath on those who ruined their life. It can even corrupt a being. The movie with Jamie Foxx and Gerald Butler "Law Abiding Citizen" is pretty much is about this subject.

Greed.
It is easily the most applicable sin in today's society.
Tis the main reason why Communism didn't work and why there is poverty and the western world being in large deficits etc.
