i prefer those spicy meals because they burning your mouth with an unsuspected power......
and when my mouth is burning like hell, it's even better to eat just another spoon.(before i jump on the fresh water...... )

salty is the way to go for me i cook my own food and i like adding a little extra salt to almost everything but sweet is always good once in a while

Sweets I love the flavor let it be chocolate or candies or cakes and brownies as long as its sweet I like it

spicy is a preference for me. Be it gumbo, curry, or something other, i tend to prefer it be spicy as possible.

I dunno why, but I like salty foods.... I even ate salt (and only salt) for a whole day as my breakfast, lunch and dinner

I gotta go with Savory. Something about a well cooked meal that incorporates many flavors hits me right in the taste buds.

Okay... what are we talking about? Candy, bread, meat... Barbeque sauce?
To get it out of the way... pretty much everything except desserts needs at least SOME salt.
Candy is to be sweet(obviously) with sour as a bonus.
Meat needs to be savory first, with a hint of spicy(Not to much or you can't taste anything but 'hot.')
Bread is kind of a wild card... Sour bread is awesome... but also I love cakes or sweet breads... and pies... I love pie...
Barbeque sauce? Now that has to be tangy with a hint of sweet and a health dose of spicy.
So to some it up... my favorite taste has to be Cheesy.

Spicy!! The hotter the better, always. Sweet as second, can't get enough of cakes : ] the best thing is when you make chocolate mud cake and put pepper or chili in it <3 or both... *drool* Ah, chocolate would of course be the greatest flavour if it was one, as chocolate indeed is the most yummy of tastes.

Funny how bitter is the laggard of the group. Anyway, I like salty stuff... but savory foods are a close second followed by sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter in that order.
