It all depends on how much time Batman has to prepare for this. Is he going to be thrown out into the fray without any warning? Then he'd lose against most of 'em. Does he have a large amount of time (we're talking at least one day) to prepare? Then he could most likely beat any of them.

Then again, Gary Oak is known for being able to screw over anyone's plans just because he can.

Unfortunately this is who I know would win in a fight not who I'd want. Otherwise I'd have voted Kamina instead of Goku. But realistically speaking this isn't even a fair match up. Goku can friggin blow up planets with a flick of his finger. And let's say he was even pushed to the edge by one of these guys. He'd just by some plot hole reach a new level of Super Saiyan and win. And the only one who could possibly push him to the edge is Superman but we all know Goku would just do exactly what I said before and win. So yeah. Vote for Goku unfortunately.


Oh and as an added side note. If Goku were defeated in a 1 on 1, Vegeta would just come raging that no one kills Kakarot but him, Gohan and Goten would come wanting to revenge their daddy, and Trunks would come just because Vegeta came. The whole Super Saiyan Army would come to fight the guy who killed Goku =/
