Why wouldn't we help him? In the least, people need somebody to tell about their problems.
For one do we know this guy? Also the extend of help most people here will give is either good or bad advice. Advice will not doing anything if he is so content with complaining about his situation.
Would you be prepared to send the money he needs that would help him? I don't think so because of the way he is acting you might as well burn your money instead.
Also he never specified what his real problem was, most of that was cause not effect.

I only help people who are willing to help themselves. Also he didn't mention it directly, but he is obviously having money problems and is possibly in debt.
And don't worry mate pretty much the majority of people on the planet are strapped for cash right now~
