why do girls love hurting boys physically?

I had a chick give me a bloody nose because she thought I touched her breast when actually she walked into my hand. It was ment to be a playful hit/slap, but got me on my nose -_- I was very angry. It was dark at the time.
Also there was another girl who would punch my arm randomly. Y U DO THIS GIRLS?

My male friend use to have a habit of choking me, until I learned enough ninjutsu to replace my neck with a fluffy bunny plushie.

For some reason, 'not wanting low maintenance girls' sometimes translates in our brain as 'act more like a dude'.

Never had a girl physically harm me intentionally. Ask her to stop if it bothers you.

Same with the Gravity cat, never got hit but I only allow it if it doesn't hurt cause unless your a masochist, no one likes to get hurt.

Because we can't legally do it back?
Anyways, that shit really annoys me though.
But Lolita already said what I was going to mention anyways.

My ex in my first year of college would punch me in the shoulder all the time! She even bit me on the hand! (not in the good way either!) Couldn't write properly for a week. I'm all for the affectionate skinship an all that but not when it hurts (unless you're into that kind of thing, then more power to you). I think some women need to realize that they are capable of obtaining a relatively high degree of physical strength and that there are clearly other ways to show affection.

@ Solidin: That sounds brutal Solidin-san, sorry to hear that happed to you.
I like making jokes with a boyfriend or guyfriend but I've never done anything that would emotionally/physically harm them. To be honest, I dont think I could be possible to for me to physically harm a guy, I'm am a fine example of a weakling.

That's shocking. O.O I've never heard of girls doing that sort of thing before. None of my friends do that, and neither do I. I think you really need to tell them to stop... What they're doing isn't right. I'm sure if someone were doing the same thing to them, they wouldn't like it all that much, either.

I knew/know some girls that did it. But I think it's just a general way of expressing themselfs, maybe they find it hard to be gentle with you. Maybe she grew up with alot of brothers.

2 of my female friends do/did that.
One of them was actually pretty strong, and used to hit a lot of guys, with the exception of her boyfriend. Apparently, I was one of the few who "countered", in that when she punched me, I stomped her foot. By the end of high school she had become more mellow, towards me at least, and I doubt she's hit me in 2+ years, largely because we went to different colleges.
The other one is really weak. She's my best friend's gf, and the three of us hang out regularly, where she hits the two of us often. While it irritates me that she uses violence to get her point across, it certainly isn't painful, although her bf yelps quite often from her abuse. And I've sparred with him in taekwondoe a fair bit, and I know he isn't a weakling, so I'm guessing he's just humoring her.
(One of my favorite instances was when, while speaking to me, he referred to her as "my mom". Like any true friend, I ran to her "Hey [gf], [bf] called you his mom!" She then proceeded to chase him around while hitting him, while his little brother and I laughed.)

Yeah we show how much we like the harder we punch like we think that my basest friend might heat the crap out of her boyfriend if they get married. We also hit you because we know most of the time you wont hit back so we know what your limit is or that we know were more safe with you. Crap I hate getting all serious. And sometimes we do it for the fun of it.
