Why does fakku sell loli now?
2
fakku used to be a piracy site? when jacob grady met artists in japan? took away all the loli content and started selling things? isn’t this an american website?
are the doujin section paperback magazines? and can we still buy books? also asking as a side note.
can’t we get in trouble in america from buying some of this stuff??
sorry if this is a rude question but can anybody help me out to understand this?

I will be going down the list in order.
Yes it used to be an online reader site in piracy, then the Japanese publishers filed paperwork and instead of this shutting down the side he made a pretty decent deal to become a legal distributor of hentai for the American audience. He made a deal to be illegal licenser of the magazine chapters and books including fan made books AKAdoujin.
I remember getting my first book after my foot surgery and almost dying so he made the deal and 2012 in the first book came out in 2014.
The site originally didn't host loli not for legal reasons but because advertisers didn't like it because at the time it was a gray area and no one really knew if it could violate legal standards in the USA. Currently we have a loli section. It's in your profiles you have to toggle the controversial settings to allow it with a bunch of other tags incest monster girl Etc.
The site is American
No the chapters and doujins are mostly digital because most of them are owned by other publishers we just host them here because a lot of them don't have their own host sites
You can still buy books and as for the legality everything that fakku publishes is completely legal and the United States it's also reviewed by lawyers in the laws about fictional characters looks in ages don't actually qualify to 99% of the legal statues of the federal and state governments of the United States now ask for other countries legality that's another thing but technically most of the stuff here is legal over there and the stuff that isn't is only affected in 13 of the 212 countries in the world as of currently one or actually two countries uncensored would be illegal to buy and sell but funny enough that's Japan
If you think about it if fictional representations of Canonally underage characters in lewd nude or sexual situations was illegal then a lot of anime corporations manga publishers Amazon Barnes & Nobles Walmart in a lot of other places are also be in deep trouble federally and state because they have pretty much the same thing. A lot of anime and manga that you can buy in a store without a partition for adult content has a lot of this stuff in it maybe not as graphic as constant sex but there's quite a lot of mainstream manga that has this type of content in it in some form of fashion maybe not pure hentai but some come close girl on a Shores and berserk not a bad example

and it's legal in usa NY?But this is true, and there is a reasonable amount of digital content available both in the magazine subscription and mostly third-party doujin releases.
