Wikipedia, Futanari, and the legality of lolicon

There was an interesting edit war going on in the Futanari Wikipedia page, when some guy thought that an image on the page depicted a cartoon underage futa. The guy reported the image to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Someone should really write an ED article on this, but unfortunately, I'm too lazy to do it myself.
(The picture in question CLEARLY isn't loli, or anything representing someone under 18.)
