Workout at Home

So, as per my New Year's resolution, I plan on losing 50-60 pounds either by, or during Summer. Problem is, I'm self-conscious about my weight, so going to the gym, at least right now, is a no-go. What I am asking from you guys is, what is the best way to go about losing weight in your own home?

Your diet still seems pretty poor. You might want to work on that.
Cut out the hamburgers, add more lean meats and vegetables to your main meals. Snack on vegetables or fruits throughout the day.
Cut out soda, start drinking water.

If I may add a little.
If you still want to eat meat, reduce red meat consumption, replace with poultry or fish.
It's better to fill your stomach every 3-4 hours with light meals than eating twice in a day but in large portions.
Don't eat after 10 PM, at most eat an apple or banana, or drink a glass of juice.
Reduce carbohydrate intake. More protein and fiber.
Workouts are still necessary, you don't want to end up as skin and bones. Do two light sets of sit-ups or a 15 minute-walk every other day.
Don't stay up too late.

First off, you should simply just get a gym membership and head to the gym. Most people at the gym are too into themselves/their own workouts to give a crap about anything else. The only people who would give a shit would be those people NOT working out and screwing around at the gym. To which I say, fuck them and just do your workout. Most people at the gym are fairly nice and will give you tips, help critique your form on lifts etc.
But with that out of the way, the above posts are right, fix your diet and you'll drop 10lbs easy, calorie deficit and all.
2 times a day and fat meals aren't going to help. You need to eat 5-6 meals a day (small meals) which will improve your metabolism. Why? Because when you eat twice a day, your body thinks there is no food throughout the day and feeding time is only those two periods so it goes to fat storing mode so you have enough energy throughout the day. You spread that out and your body will not make as much fat to ensure you have enough energy. As well, add water to make sure you flush out the crap in your system constantly.
Sleep is also an important aspect as it helps you with the recovery. Even if you aren't weight lifting or "muscle building", all that cardio will condition exisiting muscles/build more muscles, so sleep is necessary for your body to repair and have enough energy to continue on with your next workout(s) for the days ahead.
Lastly, since you only want to lose fat and not gain muscle (which helps lose fat as muscles burn calories to maintain), simple cardio will be sufficient for fat loss (assuming your diet is done correctly). Working out at home, I would suggest you torrent insanity (unless you have the 149.99 to pay for a legit copy) and try to do it to the best of your ability.
Sorry for wall of text.

Don't eat anything to sugary. Try Vitamin water or something instead of soda. If you need energy, get five hour energy.

[font=Verdana][color=green]Of course, cutting back on the fatty foods will make you lose wait, but it won't make you healthy.
Drinking water is probably the best course of action you must take. If you're feeling hungry, it's most probably thirst in disguise. Water is the best drink you can get; just flushes out your system.
For eating wise, it's already been said but; 6 meals a day spread evenly throughout the day i.e. 7 am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm. Of course, those times can shift but it lays out an ideal guideline. Naturally, these meals will be high in protein or be fruit/vegetables, and keep carbs at a minimum - they are much worse than fat.
In regards to working out, if you want to lose weight and not gain muscle, keep the intensity of the rep at 50-60% of the maximum you can do. Any higher, and you will gain muscle. Just simple changes can make a big difference; if you drive to the local supermarket just walk instead. Feeling bored? Don't go on the computer, just have a nice walk through town or if possible through some woods. Try and keep sitting down to a minimum; if you're standing you'r burning calories. Things like all build up to a reward at the end.
I wish you the best of luck in your New Years Resolution :)
