Worst Sit-com?

It's sunday evening and I have little to do except flip through channels, where I inadvertently stumble upon something called 'Til Death. I've seen this show before, I'm afraid, and since I don't have fancy cable I am stuck either leaving this on or watching static. Usually static would have been a better choice.
As far as sitcoms go, this is probably some of the worst crap I've ever seen. The scripts are unoriginal bullshit that has been re-hashed over and over again years ago, the characters are boring (Brad Garrett is grumpy, and that's his whole deal in everything he does.), and at some point they even changed the whole format since they realized this. Used to be the old married couple and the newlyweds next door, but they got rid of the neighbors and added an annoying black guy best-friend character. (Yes, I am ashamed that I know this much about it). I've seen quite a few bad sitcoms, but there is a good chance this is possibly the least funny I have ever seen.
How about you? What is the worst, absolute worst sit-com you can think of?

All of them except Seinfeld.
Bonus points if most people actually find it funny (Friends, Big Bang, etc)

Really? Seinfeld? That's like one of the most annoying ones. I guess a big part is that it's on every damn day and just about any person alive has seen every episode at least 7 times by now, so it has lost a lot of its charm, but still...
And why is Big Bang Theory so popular anyways? I saw a couple of episodes, it wasn't horrible, but eh...don't get me started on how the hell Two and a Half Men is somehow the most popular sitcom ever. Not sure how that happened.

A sit-com has never made me laugh, but I enjoy watching "How I met your mother".
The sit-com that I hate the most is "friends".

OH WAIT I FORGOT ABOUT HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER
I guess it's mainly cause it relates to me and my pals IRL so much. We constantly get into such useless discussions over such trivial things, and when we do, we picture the Seinfeld "jingle" going off and it makes us laugh.

The only sitcoms I've really liked so far are How I met your mother and Better of Ted (which perhaps is the funniest thing I've seen on TV ever).

So far I mostly agree with everyone. I never miss an episode of How I met your Mother, NPH is hilarious and I have a thing for Alyson, but it's still really funny. Does scrubs count as a sitcom? If so, then I love that too, at least I loved it when JD was still in it...now it's...sorta, well not lame exactly but the quality is way down.
I have never seen Better off Ted, gonna check it out.

I like "How I Met Your Mother" and "The Big Bang Theory."
The only one I really never liked was friends, I just never found it funny.

Sitcoms annoy me to no end, as does pretty much anything with canned laughter. The Big Bang Theory, or at least the three episodes I've seen, is painfully stereotypical and desperately unfunny, and Friends was dull.
Yay, the hilarious ongoing adventures of a group of people whose situation never changes, packed with cheesy-as-fuck one-liners and an audience indicating what I'm meant to laugh at...

Ah, good call. Married with Children used to be a staple back in the day, gotta love the adventures of Al Bundy. On the other hand, you must shake your fist at 'Unhappily Ever After', the blatant rip-off. It was sad to watch.

The very worst show i have ever seen, CSI:miami. i know it's not a sit com, but it is so bad it's almost funny. david carusoe is hilarious. i wonder what he's really like. does he take himself as seriously as his character seems to? and why the hell is everything always tinted orange or yellow?
