Would you date a girl who was into crossplay?

I know I had a boyfriend who was against it and he mad such a fuss about it it ended our relationship. How about you guys, what are your thoughts on it?

I agree, but it really seems to upset some people, I just don't get it.

Reverse traps, really? It seems people are more into traps and kinda shun reverse ones.

I would assume people are likely to be angered by crossplay for religious reasons. Not ragging on religion or anything, but that's usually the case when it involves sexuality and all that biz. Was your ex really religious?

And to answer your question, of course I would. It's an automatic yes for me since I go both ways.

If a guy didn't like the fact that I loved anime, videogames, hentai and cosplay then they weren't the right man for me.

You'll find guys that:

a) don't understand it and don't agree with it (the assholes)
b) know about it and accept it even if its not their thing
c) love it and want to try or alreaady enjoy it themselves

If you love it, then go with it. Find a man that will accept your hobbies and appreciates you for you (^^)

Edit: Just realized it said crossplay (my bad), but my point still stands. You like and and should just go with it.

I wanna say yes/it doesn't matter, but only if she doesn't ask me to crossdress myself (at least, at my current state). I mean, I do find some CDs and traps attractive, but I'd make a really ugly one, so I don't wanna go for that (yet, or maybe even ever, who knows if I'll change).

If you just mean "would I date a girl who likes to dress up as a guy frequently", then sure. I find tomboys and reverse traps attractive.

I'm cool with it. As long as we don't do it while she's crossplaying. I'll be too uncomfortable.

I have mildly cosplayed. I would like to be able to put more time into it and effort though.

Would you date someone into crossplay? Short answer: yes, long answer: oh my Jesus yes. There's something magical about the escapism sought by cosplay in any form, and I've been getting into it little by little myself. It's fun in an entirely different way than children's make-believe. There's a level of involvement, depth and dedication that can really make it wonderful. I can go further into it, but for the sake of brevity, I'll simply say, "yes I would, and that I at a bare minimum feel like I understand".

Yeah, I think not dating someone just because of the way they dress would be incredibly shallow.

Crossplay. Not just cosplay. As in, crossdress cosplaying. Basically, she's asking if people here are fine dating someone who dresses like/cosplays as the opposite sex.

I'm not really into cosplay at all, but if it was done right I guess I wouldn't mind.
