Hey, the "entire" collection is still ongoing, and not all of it has been translated yet. The artist posts his entries (and other artwork) to his pixiv, which he updates more regularily than his site. Find it here.
If you want what's been translated so far, just hit rs and get the monster girl rar-files, there's two files which together contain all what's been translated.

Alternatively, I can offer you what I got of the MGE, but it's by no means complete, because I didn't grab the loli entries when they were posted in the translation thread. Drop me a line if you want what I got and I'll zip it up and toss it on MU.
