Would you go to a concert alone?

So, as an example,
I'm currently into K-Pop, and I recently heard that one of my fave groups is coming down to my area for a one-night only concert. Thing is, among my friends, I'm the only one who appreciates K-Pop, my friends think it's weird.
So, if you had a similar situation, would you still go to the concert alone, or just skip it altogether?
EDIT: Okay, new scenario:
The tickets cost $150, for 7 performances. But you're only interested in 1 performance, would you still go?

Well, I'd still go though.
Who knows maybe I'll get chance to make new acquaintance or friend with other fans there; besides I go to concert to watch my favorite group/band playing, not really for hanging out with friends.

Been there, done that. abingdon boys school in Helsinki last November. Other than me, exactly one person I know was interested in it (my sister), but she wasn't able to go. Was definitely worth it, though.

I've only been to a couple concerts total, but one of them I went alone. It was kind of awkward for a while until I realized the girl next to me was reading manga (the concert had nothing to do with Japan or Asia, btw). I'm still really good friends with her, actually.

Never been to a concert, but seeing as no one in my family would even come close to liking the music I do and because I have no friends (QQ), I pretty much have no choice but to go alone.

No. With things like concerts and movies, it's best to go with someone. It's great to have a shared experience with someone plus having someone around just makes things more fun.

I've done it before, and it's not bad. I mean, it's fun to go with friends, but it's also fun to go alone. It's an adventure!

So, majority say just go and have fun. Guess I should, then. But the damn ticket price sure as hell ain't worth it. Bloody rip-off.
Ah well, there'll always be next time.

Definitely go - do not miss the chance. I have been to a concert on my own before and still LOVED it. I am go to see the band/group/solo artist; I am not going for friends. I am not saying going with friends is bad, it's even more fun! But in the end you are there to see the performance.

If you dont have any friends that like the music you enjoy, screw them, go the the concert, grab a group of 5+ people, enjoy.
Probably more easy at something like a rock concert but for J-Pop I bet you could find a group to chill with.
