if i were to add the seven years, she should be around 21 right now assuming that the "underground years" are close to the "surface years"
...btw, she seemed to have noticeably gotten older... which leads to the assumption that she might've hit puberty really early

among all the characters, the younger ones obviously had grown up in some way
Simon is a late bloomer and had a huge growth spurt (he's taller than Kamina now)
and Yoko simply had her puberty real early (the reason for her boobs... but her face did change after 7 years, while the other older guys didn't)
even if it's just "underground" years, i still believe that Simon and Yoko are about the same age
