Me, I'm not circumcised.
Skin is not tight, but not loose either(like in some mangas, where the excess skin is half the length of the shaft >_>)

Goes up and down with no pain or problem whatsoever. I hear and read a lot about it being painful for most guys. Never had that...

Yep you're right on that, nowadays its know that a good hygienic is all you need and circumcision is not necessary, unless you want it.
