I don't really have any disgusting food habits though I do have some "weird" ones like dipping my fast food french fries into chocolate milk shakes or smearing marshmallow cream onto Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, mixing A1 and ketchup together to dip fries or various meats into, especially fried chicken. And then there's dipping potato chips into ketchup or eating frozen french fries and then there's others I can't think of.
Although when I was younger I did have a truly disgusting mixture of foods. I would take a ham sandwich with butter, cheese a little bit of mustard and then spread chocolate pudding on it. Oddly I only liked them for about half a year and then it became a disgusting mixture.

Well, it's not disgusting to me, but it might be for others: Dinuguan
Spoiler:
Oddly enough it isn't the blood that grosses me out in dinuguan--it's the innards.

hmmm... i don't know if you know this but oh well.BALUT. is a fertilized duck (or chicken) egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled and eaten in the shell. Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein, hearty snack.
This. And ketchup and mustard on crackers, saw Tom Hanks eat it in The Terminal, and never looked back ever since.

Back in the day when I was in middle school I didn't have much money. But I was always hungry. To be blunt I was a fat kid.
I would get $.25 for lunch and a nickle for a snack at recess
I walked to school and back every day and used to pass this stand called Pops Hot Dogs
One day I saved my lunch money and after school stopped there
The menu had: hot dog $.20. Chili dog $.25. Chili Cheese dog. $.30 cents. Poor boy $.10
I asked what a Poor Boy was and the guy said its a bun with chili, cheese, mustard, catchup, chopped onion and a sliced of dill pickle
I tried one and it was awesome.Shot the whole $.30 in one sitting
From then on I had one of those almost every day. Tasted exactly like a hot dog with the works but no hot dog. (with all that on it you probably cant really taste the hot dog anyway)
After the first two weeks I had enough saved up that I could eat lunch, skip snack at recess and have a poor boy on the way home.
I learned later after Pop died and his son took over (and stopped the poor boy) that Pop made about $.04 on the poor boy and about $.12-$.15 on the other items
I still to this day have them when I don't want to cook
I buy chili no beans in the large container
Take 3 tbs of chili and microwave it
Assemble the rest of the poor boy Pour on the chili and eat
