What Vocaloid is your favorite?

I am presenting a lecture next week on Vocaloid to one of my pop music classes. It would be a great help if you guys could cast your vote and maybe comment a little bit on why so and so is your favorite, as I am trying to focus on it's appeal in the US.

There are already a few threads about vocaloids in the Japanese Music subform, you should check there first.
However, I can add my 5 cents on the topic:
My favorite vocaloid is S4-A2 Miki, I like the fact that she has a more distinct sound compared to the other vocaloids (I might add that I haven't heard the Vocaloid3 personas yet.) and the fact that I'm a fan of Miki Furukawa, who did her voice.

Miku will always be my favorite, I'm afraid. Classic Miku, not Append. I love her look, love her voice, love her everything. I'm a Miku fanatic~
Luka is pretty high on my list too, but nobody can top Miku, not even ones that technically have "better" voices.
@Darkhilt: probably because all the ones in the poll are actual Vocaloids, with official voicebanks and everything. Haku is a fan-made one that's basically just reserved for "badly-made" Miku songs. She doesn't have her own voice, at least not officially.
Crypton does recognize her officially, but they don't do anything with her. Same goes for other fan-made ones like Neru, Meiko, and Tako Luka.

Megurine Luka is my fav. She is great in the rock gerne music and some pop, her voice has a nice flow from soft pop to angry rock. Hatsune Miku is a close second, but she is the queen of pop.
