Your Favourite Food/Drink?

The title explains it all : ) It can be any delicacy from around the world so please share your thoughts, and to make it more fun describe it in the most tempting way possible! From this topic we'll certainly know what to try out when we visit a new restaurant! A simple template would be: Name of food - Origin - Type(spicy/sweet etc.) - Special ingredients why it makes you climax when you eat it - So, my personal favourite food would be Ma Po Tofu originating the Sze-Chuan province in China! It is a truly amazing dish that if cooked properly, would make the customer feel like an angel just jizzed in his/her mouth. Being incredibly spicy, you would not want to approach it without a good volume of cold Water/Milk. Yet once you start eating it, you can barely stop. The spiciness in your mouth would be overwhelmed by the amazing taste and texture of the silky smooth Tofu and tenderly minced pork. The proportions of the ingredient is just so perfect that you would feel a divine explosion of pure heaven within your mouth. I'm not joking. If you ever go to a proper Sze-Chuan restaurant(not a typical mediocre one that you find in China-town), it is one of those dishes that is a MUST try. The specialty of this dish is made up of 6 factors. Colour: Main colour is red and white due to the spicy sauce and tofu. Scent: As it settles on the table, you can immediately smell the scent of chilli. Yet at the same time, a scent of sweetness is given off, making the dish extremely tempting. Numbness: A certain spice is included in the dish that makes your tongue go numb as you eat more. Somehow, it makes the dish even more tastier. Spiciness: As explained before, the spiciness in the sauce makes the dish act like a drug. You'll somehow keep wanting more, even though in your mind you're thinking you'll be needing more water. Fiery: This is the feeling of where your tongue feels like it's being burnt by fire. Yes the thought of it is a bit disturbing, but when applied in food it gives off a sense of excitement, as if daring you to consume more of it. Texture: As explained before, there is the silky smooth Tofu which is firm on the outside and soft on the inside, Tenderly minced pork which creates a bouncy texture and a rich spicy sauce to top it off. When put together, they truly define an ultimate combination of textures. Phew~ That's my favourite food thoroughly explained in my opinion. So, What's your Favourite Food/Drink? :3
