Simply put, my mother describe the pain to me, of giving birth to my younger brother and I used my imagination to conceive such pain based on what a women, who had given birth to three children, two of which within eleven minutes of each other, told me. Based on her experience, describing the pain of your lower body being stretched to it's limits, it gave me new respect into women and their role for giving birth.

I've been through worse (based on what women say about childbirth) so I don't really have any special respect for women cause of that.

Also there is a flaw in this argument because you can't compare pain tolerance based on a function that only 1 gender has. I'm pretty sure if biology allows it, both genders can tolerate the pains of child birth just as well as the other. Now if were where to compare the tolerance of a man and a woman after being hit by a grenade, well lets say there's no comparison because both would either be dead, unconscious, or secreting so much adrenaline that you can't feel a damn thing.
All of my long posts are slightly incoherent so please bear with it.

If you are talking about the majority of the girls in the world than I would say Maybe.
But the thing is, we can't stereotype people. There might be girls who are way stronger than all of the guys here, but we don't know.
I tend to think that calling girls weak is pretty much the same thing as calling blondes stupid. No offence intended, but the former and the latter is considered stereotyping, right?

Chances are good, physically, you will be stronger than a woman. But that matters less than you think. Because, the strength is in your mind. My martial arts teacher told me "It's not a matter of big or small, strong or weak, it's all in your head, and the only size that matters is the one of the beast within you" And he just blew me away, because I realised, holy shit, it's true. I believe, STRONGLY, that a man can overpower a woman, simply because he has been told all his life that he can. He is confident, violent, does not hesitate. A woman will be weak, afraid, fear for her life, becauase she has been told she can stand no chance against a man, that she is weak. But I can say, from personal experience actually, if you shed your fear, if you without holding back even one bit, use your full strength, the difference will decrease dramatically. It's all in your head. So women, if you're able to realise that, become strong.
And I would like to add one more thing, before I go. (Fellas, you won't like this) Those two glands men have hanging between their legs are very convenient to aim for. Only do it in an emergency, though! But if you land a good punch (Or kick) in his nuts, he isn't doing anything for a while ;)

At the same time, kicking a woman in the groin can be just as incapacitating.
Note: I saw a History Channel program on Muay Thai, and the master that is the subject of the program once killed his opponent by accident with a blow to the groin.

Women generally agree that kidney stones hurt more than childbirth, as childbirth is a natural process and the body is not well equipped to handle kidney stones. If you want to compare pain tolerance, then compare kidney stone pain tolerance in men and women.

I completely forgot about the kidney stones. Yeah, that's a good example.

I always like to think "Men and woman are equal" yes, I really do like to think that way.

I don't want you to think I'm a psycho, because I'm not. I'm actually a lot stronger than people give me credit for. I fractured a guys eye socket/nose for kicking him onthe face when he called me a bitch (he just happened to be tying up his shoelace when he made the comment). I kicked a guys front tooth out when he made a comment about sex and my dog, he was using a witches hat (orange traffic cone) as a mega phone to shout at me, I had to pay his medical expenses, and he got suspended from school for a week. And lastly I had an ex friend mouthing off at me, so I took a few swings at him, first strike landed next to his head into a wooden locker door cracking the door, the second swing landed his face and he had a black eye to sport around the place for 2 weeks.
I am a strong girl, so when it comes to me being attacked I can handle it.
However on another note I used to have a "girl" friend who would claw people if they touched her. One of my ex close male friends still has scars from her when she grabbed him on afternoon.
It just depend on the person.
Bitchezzzzzz be strong if they wanna be!!

Sprite: I see your point. I've been hit in the crotch, and it HURTS. Really, it's painful. But actually, it's like being hit in any other part of your body, it's painful but not incapacitating. I've seen this shit happen, a woman being hit in the crotch hurts, a man getting a clean hit in his balls is fucking done. It's just not the same, no where near the same. :p I'm out!

kidney stones are pretty different from case to case. I've had a lot of kidneystones and some goes quickly in a day and other stretch out for weeks of constant pain that aren't really treated by pain killers with the exception of morphine with still doesn't remove all the pain. Childbirth is very easy for some as well and painful for some. So it's hard to say if one is less painful then the other. Males also have it slightly worse cause it's a longer route the stones have to take.
But i don't see how you can compare pain between sexes without some illegal human experimenting xD

Generally,I believe men and women have their own specialties and abilities.
Such as men who tend to have more ego than women in order to show leadership and even encourages it(if they use their ego well).
And women who are given the strength to endure the pain and pressure of having childbirth.
The conclusion is both of them have strength and weakness in different aspects.
Overall,I respect them both.

Well, men can carry something twice their weight.
I have to agree that women are weaker than men in physical strength though.

Men surpass women generally in strength. But it's not quite possible naturally men can
carry something twice their weight.Possibilities of succeeding that is by having intense strength training and endurance in a certain time.

Ants...are much more remarkable than humans. They are the species of invertebrates that can lift something 50 times their own weight.I guess if ants have the same size with humans and also our intelligence, our proof of existence would be obliterated for eternity.

Yeah, due to their small size and the law of nature, they become strong.I respect ants.
