In these two articles, gay articleLes. article.It still seems to be apparent that these things are still not allowed, I obviously know that it isn't allowed universally but these two stories in particular are minuscule and people have made such a motion to try and phase them out, i mean i could understand that people who are afraid of gays or lesbians might not sit well with people having sex and stuff and making it for everyone to see, i mean i could understand how people would get upset about that but this is just a few small things and i can't believe how fucking dumb people can get, i don only mean this subject but in general, such as a black president, gays, autism, and 3rd world countries. people thought that the world was going to end when we had a black president... i mean really? gay people will be sent to hell? maybe that's possible but even if it is let people do what they want, as long as it's their personal lives, let them do what they want, it's America, some people don't believe autism is real. people don't give a rats ass about third world countries when we ourselves could become one within the coming future. I mean I've just had about enough of the ignorance from the American audience, if anyone is offended by this, then good, i mean if it were possible I'd be like some super villain and force all the stupid people in the world to get on a space ship and go make a stupid planet somewhere else so us smart people can get past all this bullshit and start making more advancements instead talking over and over and over about pointless subjects that have no effect on anything but our religion or pride or ego or whatever you want to use to stop people from doing what they want. Just cause your too afraid to be a little gay or afraid of something new and you don't understand it, your going to hurt others who are much more brave to open themselves to the thought? I'm not gay or black, but dude enough is enough.

Well, my opinion is surely considered biased by all of those parties involved since I'm bisexual and probably just as "evil" as any gay person is. Look out! I'm here to turn your children into promiscuity!

Some religious fanatics really only want to believe that religious freedom means that you can believe in a certain branch of Christianity and that it doesn't apply that the United States also looks "fondly" upon Agnostics and Atheists, or heaven forbid polytheism.

I'm a straight male, but I always supported gays/lesbians. I've only read the story about the lesbians so far. Why would they cancel a prom dance because of a lesbo wearing a tuxedo? IMO I think that a girl wearing a tuxedo is pretty hot (crossdress fetish). At least the court sided with the girls, and they got their prom...

I'm not a part of the American public at all, but anyway, I'm a supporter of gay/lesbian couples. Or w8, badly phrased; I don't give a crap about if other people love and wanna have sex with someone of the same gender. I find that it to be non of my goddamn business.

I have a number of gay and lesbian friends (hell I even got some transsexual friends), and all of them are great people that really do not deserve having all this crap pointed at them just because the world is filled with homophobic fascist assholes who's thinking are stuck back in the Middle Ages.

I do not say that everybody has to automatically accept everything, but I find it retarded to be against something without any proper reason or argument to back up why. Just saying "cuz I was raised to hate it" and "I think it's strange" is NOT a proper argument.

The fact that in this day and age with all the issues surrounding america and the world people still feel the need to hate on gays is sad. I mean really, isn't about time we let homophobia go?

It's not about pride. Firstly,I love lesbians because I'm a guy and it turns me on like hell. Secondly, I hate seeing guys make out because it disgusts me just as much as scatophilia (shit sex/eating), perhaps even more.

Aside from my personal taste in matters of sex and arousal, I have nothing against lesbian and gay couples, as long as they don't make parades and do the whole dress-up thing in public and shout:"Look at me, I'm gay, coz I don't has enufz testosteron to fuck a chick!"... and they wonder why they're persecuted. That's why socially I accept lesbians more, because you don't see too many of them do that kind of stuff.

So, again, if every lesbian and gay would just be normal people with just a tendency towards the same sex and keep it to themselves, it would be a whole lot better. I have met a few lesbians and a bit fewer gays, and I can say there are smart and normal people among both groups and the ones that I talked to resent the whole "dress-up and parades" thing, and agree that it makes them look bad.

That's just my opinion, and I have to add that the argument some people use, that "it's an abomination towards God" is pure bullshit. Now, I tend to believe in God myself, and I have nothing against strong believers, but there is a limit to stupidity.

Well, no brainer. As a bisexcual, i find bisexualism to be a right fine and dandy thing to be a part of. Seriously, if i'm not interested in a person, they can't make the excuse, "You must be gay." or "You must be straight." It's fun fun fun to be able to flirt with quite literally anyone, anywhere. Granted I have to be careful at my colleg,e because they're a bunch of redneck racist intolerant asshole BUT, aside from that, it's a fine life.

Truth be told, I couldn't care less either way, what other people do is none of my damn buisness. Unless some hot bisexual chicks wanna roll up over here, then I'll gladly get involved. (Typical male chuvanist pig here)

But really, to each his own, and people need to stop worrying about stuff like this. If it doesn't concern you, then fuck off.

And as for that little story, just leave em be, who cares? Really? aside from over zealous religious folk.

In this subject I have to point to the idea that Humanity likes to "lay the blame". When someone strays from religion their family/friends who are a little more zealous in their faith look to blame it on something or someone instead of accepting who this person is and embracing them as such. Homosexuality and other Orientations were found to be "odd" or "unusual" at the time and people decided them to be an easy target to push this on.

As far as religious works go with people speaking of how the Bible says Marriage is between a man and a woman, All I can say is: America is becoming more and more lenient on how the bible is interpreted all the time. Just accept the fact the world is changing. A book that old is not up-to-date.

I find all orientations to be fine. I'm straight and I used to have a Bi Girlfriend. I also have a gay cousin who is married. I congratulate him! I choose to respect their choices if they can respect mine.

Hmm, one of my exes was bisexual as well. That was during the time when I was questioning my own sexuality and she thought it disturbing. Talk about a double-standard. Oh yeah, it's okay that she is bisexual, but if I was there was something wrong in our relationship. Bitch.

Exactly, retards think that marriage is some sort of god given right. Only made for people who are "right" in god's eyes. Adam and eve were never "married." Why is that? because it isn't necessary. It is just a word given to people who are together. And everyone has a right to it.

And a prom is no different.

The fact that you were audacious enough to mention the "sanctity" of marriage in concern to a country with a divorce rate of nearly fifty percent make me think that nothing you have to say is worth reading.

The "sanctity" of marriage is just absolute horse shit used by religious zealots and right-winged conservatives in a desperate attempt to stop same-sex marriages because of their extreme homophobia.
