Crazy or not

Not an old question really but...
How would you know youre not insane?
I just watched Shutter Island so...
I mean, for all I know im actually in a mental institution and not in the office and the people here are nurses and doctors or my coworkers are actually insane criminals. And this computer im using is just a box and youre all just a figment of my imagination.
And if I were to see a psychiatrist, how would I know if its actually a pizza delivery boy Im talking to in real life outside of my insanity or actually the toilet bowl.
Just something that I cant find an answer for

I really have no answer for this. My simplest maybe closest response to this is that sometimes you can feel it. You can feel something is wrong with you, but most of the time deny it. By denying this you have already started to stray from being "normal". The very fact you question yourself and reassure yourself that you are normal over and over; to me is a clear indication that your mind is stating to be messed up.

Descartes said that we could not know. Maybe we're living in a fantasy created by a demon. Of course, he came to the conclusion that God wouldn't do that to us, but that doesn't really help us if there is no loving God.
Anyways, there's no way to prove it, per se, since any sort of "proof" could be another trick, but we should probably live under the assumption that everything is real. As long as people aren't running up to me and screaming, "WAKE UP!" I should behave as if this is real. After all, what if it is real, and I do something that gets me killed. Game over. Even if I could wake up in the "real world" after I die, that's a pretty big risk.
I wrestle with skepticism all the time, and that's all I've come up with - act like it is real. Suspension of disbelief, I suppose it could be called.
"Crazy" and "normal" are defined by those around you, not yourself. If you are crazy, people will let you know. That's how people find out they are having hallucinations, after all. They say, "There's a tall man in the hallway," and everybody else says, "No, there's not." So, it's determined that you're the one with problems. Nevermind the possibility that they could be the crazy ones; that's a whole nother discussion.

Well... that's a hard one to answer. You yourself might not realize it until you end up killing a loved one. Wouldn'T everything be like a really bad acid trip, or another type of drug? Like suffering the symptoms of withdrawal, you see things that aren't there...

Even in massive groups, so long as we are human, there is no way we can truly judge what is or isn't crazy.

Simple nothing is real and at the same time everything is real. THe message you're reading at this very moment could very well be an illusion or it might be real. All I'm saying is that I don't fucking know lulz =]

I just remember that when I was little I thought of my life as experiment from the aliens to test the human race and hence in order to stop the aliens monitorizing me I stop eating for three days so that they would shot down the experiment and set me free, yeah i was a pretty weird kid.
Now in topic i think that sanity is defined by majority so if you act or feel as the majority then your sane but since is defined by majority is really hard to know by yourself if youre crazy or not.

From the sound of it... we could all be out of our minds right now and we probably just dont know and will never know.

Reality is what you perceive to be real.
If you in a virtual world can see, feel and smell everything around you, then how is that reality any less real than the "real" world?

So these two guys escape from an insane asylum. they go up to the roof to jump across to the next building. the first guy jumps across, but the second guy says he doesn't think he can make it. so the first guy says,"throw me the flashlight and i'll shine it back and you can walk across the beam". the second guy says,"what do you think, i'm crazy? you'll turn it off when i'm only half way across!"
